A Little About Me

Lisa Morris is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience across residential treatment, outpatient care, telehealth, and private practice. She brings an additional perspective from an earlier career in healthcare account management and organizational leadership.

Who I Work With

Lisa works with adults and couples who want to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, deepen emotional connection, and understand how stress and competing demands influence close relationships. Her broader clinical experience includes supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, substance-use concerns, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.

My Approach to Therapy

Lisa’s work is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and practical. She draws from CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, family-systems and relational frameworks, and extensive Gottman Method training to help clients understand recurring patterns and build more effective ways to communicate and connect.
